Responsibilities:

Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for web-based applications.
Understand business requirements, translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
Execute test cases, log defects, track issues to closure, and provide clear test reports.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Validate UI, data, and API responses for consistency and accuracy.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and review meetings.
Maintain and update test documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with QA standards.
Utilize Playwright (or similar tools) to automate key functional flows for smoke or regression testing (basic scripting knowledge preferred).

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in Manual and Functional Testing.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes.
Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail).
Ability to perform end-to-end testing of business workflows and identify edge cases.
Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
Exposure to Playwright or other automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) — good to have, not mandatory.
Working experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
