Position Summary
The Strategic Advisor / Investor-Advisor will serve as a strategic thought leader and capital participant, providing high-level guidance on AI innovation, blockchain infrastructure, IP commercialization, and GRC integration.
This dual role bridges visionary leadership and practical governance, offering an opportunity to influence the growth of one of the country's most forward-thinking Agentic AI ecosystems. Advisors contribute their expertise, networks, and a modest capital investment that aligns their engagement with 4th’s long-term mission and impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
Provide executive-level strategic counsel on AI + Blockchain commercialization, scaling, and market positioning.
Advise on Agentic AI Governance™ frameworks that integrate ethics, auditability, and accountability.
Participate quarterly advisory and innovation board meetings to shape policy, partnerships, and R&D priorities.
Intellectual Property & Commercialization
Support patent ideation, drafting, filing, and licensing strategies for emerging AI and blockchain technologies.
Offer insights into IP valuation, royalties, and technology transfer opportunities.
Align IP portfolio expansion with the company’s commercialization and compliance roadmap.
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Strengthen GRC frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and FedRAMP.
Ensure responsible AI deployment through risk assessments, governance policies, and audit procedures.
Shape data privacy, algorithmic transparency, and compliance-by-design standards across Agentic AI products.
Investment & Partnership Development
Participate as an Investor-Advisor, providing capital contributions through convertible notes or equity participation.
Facilitate relationships with strategic partners, venture funds, and institutional stakeholders.
Offer expertise in AI commercialization, ethical investment models, and tokenized ecosystems.
Qualifications
Proven experience in strategic consulting, executive leadership, or innovation management.
Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, and GRC frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, FedRAMP preferred).
Experience in intellectual property development, patent commercialization, or technology licensing.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration abilities.
Advanced degree (PhD, JD, or MBA preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Law.
Prior participation in federal innovation programs (SBIR/STTR) or tech transfer initiatives is advantageous.
Capital Participation & Compensation
Depending on advisory tier and involvement, advisors contribute a modest capital investment or convertible note, typically ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 USD.
Participation includes access to IP licensing revenues, early-stage projects, and tokenized equity options.
Advisors may receive co-inventor recognition for qualifying patent contributions.
Eligible for profit-sharing from IP commercialization and licensing agreements.
Recognized as part of the Founding IP, GRC & Innovation Advisory Board.
(No base salary; equity/token participation only.)
