Our Company

Air Liquide Healthcare launched its ‘TechCARE’ transformation program 5 years ago. The program aims to increase operational efficiency and launch new, innovative home healthcare offerings by leveraging a global Salesforce platform. This "core model" provides a unified, optimized, patient-centric journey across our operations.

Our platform is a comprehensive ecosystem that includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Field Service Management, and Integration Cloud.

Position Summary

In this context, the Salesforce Platform Architect will be responsible for defining the technical vision and governing the architecture of our global Salesforce platform. You will ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and robust to support our evolving business needs.

Working with both Business and IT teams, you will establish and enforce architectural principles and best practices. Your mission is to guarantee that the platform's technical foundation is sound, resources are used efficiently, and all solutions are integrated cleanly within our complex technical landscape.

Key Responsibilities (What we offer):

Architectural Governance: Define, document, and maintain the architectural roadmap, standards, and governance framework for the entire Salesforce platform.
Technical Leadership: Provide high-level technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, administrators, and solution architects to ensure all enhancements and projects align with the platform's strategic vision.
Design & Strategy: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions. This includes defining enterprise-level data models, integration patterns, API strategies, and security models.
Platform Health & Security: Proactively monitor the platform's health, performance, and limits. You will identify and mitigate risks related to scalability, data volume, governors limits and technical debt. A special focus will be on Identity & Access Management, Platform security, and Internal Control Compliance.
Lifecycle Management: Govern the application lifecycle management (ALM) process, including the environment strategy, release management protocols, and testing frameworks.
Innovation: Interact with stakeholders across our Home HealthCare organization to understand strategic business goals and evaluate new Salesforce technologies or AppExchange products that can enhance platform capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience (What we expect from you):

You hold a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in a related field, including at least 5 years in Salesforce development and architecture in complex, global environments.
Foundational Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification and Platform Developer I Certification are required.
Architect Certifications: A Salesforce Architect domain certification (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architecture & Management Designer) is strongly preferred. The Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a major plus.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform, its governor limits, and best practices. Knowledge of Field Service and Marketing Cloud is a strong plus.
Proven expertise in designing secure data models, integration solutions (APIs, MuleSoft), and managing large data volumes.
Languages: Full verbal and written proficiency in English is required. French is a plus.
You are self-motivated, creative, and a proactive problem-solver.

Desired Personal Attributes (It would be a plus if you also are):

Leadership: Able to demonstrate technical leadership, articulate strong points of view, and possess business acumen to understand complex global challenges.
Service-Oriented: Able to manage ambiguity and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Resilient: Remain calm and stable while working in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
Collaborative: An excellent team player who is open, honest, and committed to collective success.
Adaptable: Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges.
Accountable: Action-oriented and committed to delivering on promises and driving results.

The position can be based in Bagneux (France) or in Paterna (Spain).
