Job Specifications

Our client are a quant trading startup whose team includes highly technical ML Engineers.

They are seeking Equity Traders, Equity Analysts, Alternative Data Analysts, or similar (with previous experience at a hedge fund) to join their NY office.

You will not run a book. You will not be responsible for P&L.

Instead, you’ll be sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team, who will then incorporate that into their models and algorithms.

Requirements

Background as a l/s Equity Trader, Equity Analyst, Alternative Data Analyst or similar
Experience of event driven or special situations investing
Experience at respected hedge funds

Please note this role is New York based for the fulltime position - remote option are available for short-term consulting work only.

Offer

Strong base salary ($200k to $400k DOE)
