Job Title: Procurement Factory Project Support - Sur Site Pau
Contract: 12 Month Renewable
Location: Office-based in Pau
Overview
- Monitor the daily activities of buyers (SAP, Excel, ServiceNow), in direct contact with their team leader, regarding the standard purchasing process (needs analysis, strategy, tender tracking, clarification management, and order issuance with acknowledgment).
- Calculate standardized KPIs for the assigned area, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead weekly and monthly meetings with subsidiaries within the assigned area, and contribute to the preparation of Executive Committee meetings.
- Serve as the client representative for activity tracking and consolidation files.
- Ensure the updating of procedures, documents, and files used.
- Scope: Refining & Chemicals, 11 subsidiaries, >1500 lines/month, 10 buyers, >3MUSD/month. Continuous Improvement Approach
- Contribute to the project development (tools, procedures, etc.) within the project management service environment based in France,
- Improve aspects of the "purchasing methodology" or "project tools",
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to highlight areas for improvement/efficiency for discussion with Category Managers and their Segment Leaders (purchasing initiatives, portfolio rationalization, data quality, price level, etc.)
Contexte de la mission
Suivre l’activité quotidienne des acheteurs (SAP, Excel, Service Now), en relation directe avec leur responsable d’équipe, sur le processus d’achat standard analyses des besoins, stratégie, suivi appels d’offres, gestion des clarifications et émission commande avec accusé de réception),
- Calculer les KPI standardisés pour son périmètre, analyser et mettre en place les actions correctives,
- Animer les réunions hebdomadaires et mensuelles avec les filiales du périmètre, contribuer à la préparation des réunions du CODIR,
- Être le représentant client des fichiers de suivi et de consolidation de l’activité,
- Assurer la mise à jour des procédures, documents et fichiers utilisés.
- Périmètre : Raffinage Chimie, 11 filiales, > 1500 lignes / mois, 10 acheteurs, >3MUSD/mois. Démarche d’amélioration continue
- Contribuer au développement du projet (outils, procédures, etc.) au sein de l’environnement de la prestation de pilotage du projet basée en France,
- Améliorer des aspects « méthode achats » ou « outils du projet »,
- Réaliser des analyses ponctuelles pour mettre en évidence des sources de gain / efficacité pour discussion avec les Catégory Managers et leurs Segment Leader (initiatives achats, rationalisation du portefeuille, qualité données, niveau de prix, etc.)
Objectifs et livrables
l’issue de la prestation, le Fournisseur devra soumettre à l’approbation du Client : - Rapport final de la prestation.
