Job Specifications

We’re looking for a Full Stack Web Developer for a Contract-to-Hire role.

This is a hybrid position (just 1–2 days onsite each month in Lehi, UT) with market W2 rates in the $75–$85/hr range.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing, coding, testing, and delivering high-performance single-page web applications
Collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and designers
Working hands-on with modern frameworks, cloud technologies, and scalable architectures
Bringing creative, well-structured solutions to complex technical challenges
Managing your own development environment and toolsets

Tech Stack You’ll Use

Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, Sass, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Backend: Java, Node/npm, Spring MVC, REST
Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other NoSQL solutions
Tools/Environment: AWS, Jira, Bitbucket, Maven, Tomcat, Agile/Scrum

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or equivalent) with strong academic performance
10+ years of relevant experience in full stack development
Proven expertise in Java, Angular, and enterprise single-page application development
Strong problem-solving skills and dedication to excellence
Experience in multi-layered architectures and Agile environments is a plus
