Commitment: Part-time, non-executive (approx. 4–6 hrs/month)

Membership contribution: £450/month

We connect students, educators, and innovators to tackle global education challenges — from student hunger to mental wellbeing — while driving progress toward SDG 4: Quality Education for All.

Our next chapter includes launching the UK’s first solar-powered floating learning campus, a space where education meets innovation and community impact to help the next generation navigate disruption by climate change and AI to create the jobs and industries of tomorrow today.

The Opportunity

We’re inviting six exceptional individuals to join us as Impact Director members — part of our Luminaries Network of global changemakers shaping the future of education.

This is a non-executive, values-driven appointment. You’ll help us:

Strengthen the organisation’s leadership and governance
Advise on strategy and partnerships
Mentor emerging student leaders and changemakers
Amplify our mission through your influence and networks

Your monthly membership fee of £450 supports our expansion activities funded by the loan from the British Business Bank — including the purchase of our flagship vessel and delivery of vital student support projects.

There are no personal guarantees or collateral requirements attached to this opportunity.You’ll help unlock growth and impact through your participation, guidance, and leadership.

Who You Are

You’re a changemaker with:

Experience in business, education, sustainability, or social innovation
A passion for mentorship, impact, and community leadership
Integrity, creativity, and the desire to leave a meaningful legacy
Availability to participate in monthly meetings (virtual or in-person)
