IAM Architect

Location: Sheffield, Birmingham or Edinburgh (Hybrid)

Contract: 6 months (initial)

Status: Inside IR35

We’re looking for a Security Architect to lead end-to-end solution design for major transformation programme. This role blends deep technical expertise with architectural leadership, offering the chance to shape cutting-edge security solutions for AI-driven platforms.

What You’ll Do

Deliver high-level solution designs aligned with business requirements and architectural standards.
Create new architecture patterns, sign off on key design decisions, and manage technical risks.
Present solutions to design authorities and senior stakeholders.
Provide technical thought leadership and act as a subject matter expert across projects.

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) – essential.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes.
Exposure to AI/ML services and implementing AI systems.
Broad IT knowledge and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with enterprise and solution architecture frameworks (SABSA, TOGAF preferred).
Certifications such as CISSP/CISM highly desirable.

Nice to Have

Experience designing IAM solutions for agentic AI platforms.
Proficiency with tools like BizzDesign, Jira, and Confluence.
