Your role will involve:

Architect and implement robust backend infrastructures leveraging modern JavaScript technologies.
Act as a stabilizing force during complex challenges, offering strategic direction and inventive approaches.
Empower less experienced engineers through guidance and knowledge-sharing, cultivating a high-performance environment.
Collaborate dynamically across interdisciplinary teams to drive collective success and deliver impactful solutions.
Take ownership in mission-critical moments, proactively resolving issues with hands-on engagement and decisive action.

We're looking for individuals who possess:

Extensive hands-on experience developing backend services using modern JavaScript frameworks, NodeJS and Typescript skills
Strong analytical mindset with a knack for dissecting complex issues and identifying effective solutions.
Proven ability to independently drive technical initiatives from initial concept through to full deployment.
Skilled in contributing to iterative development processes, continuously refining workflows and offering actionable insights to maintain momentum.
