Job Specifications

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Officer for an initial period of 3-4 months. Driving licence and transport are required for this post and the successful candidate would start ASAP.

The Main Duties Are

To deliver reactive repairs, void repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance in occupied and unoccupied housing
Diagnosis of maintenance issues and instruction of repairs
Liaising with internal and external contractors
Carrying out post inspections of repairs to monitor quality and customer satisfaction
Processing purchase orders and authorising payments for completed work,

Experience in a similar role will be required to be considered for the post.
