Emagine recherche un(e) Chef(fe) de projet Infrastructure pour piloter divers projets d'infrastructure, de reseau et de workplace au sein d'une organisation a envergure internationale. Le candidat ideal doit avoir une solide experience dans la gestion de projets dans un environnement matriciel, une excellente communication interpersonnelle, ainsi qu'une capacite a standardiser et a ameliorer les pratiques de gestion de projet. Les competences techniques en reseau et infrastructure sont considerees comme un atout precieux.
Principales Responsabilites :
Piloter un portefeuille de projets infrastructure, reseau et workplace sur plusieurs sites et un datacenter global.
Orchestrer le cycle de vie technologique et conduire la remediation des infrastructures a risque.
Planifier et animer les comites projet, assurer la coordination transverse et gerer les risques et changements.
Accompagner la mise en uvre de standards et bonnes pratiques projet pour homogeneiser les methodes et outils.
Exigences Cles :
Experience en organisation matricielle internationale.
Excellente communication et gestion des parties prenantes.
Coordination efficace des projets.
Pragmatisme et orientation vers les resultats.
Capacite a standardiser les pratiques projets.
Anglais courant.
Bagage technique reseau/infrastructure apprecie.
Details Supplementaires :
Le poste est base a Avignon, avec 4 jours en presentiel et 1 jour en teletravail, dans un environnement dynamique.
