Desired Personas

We are seeking the following software engineering personas

Robotics Software Engineer - Design, implement, and maintain a real-time autonomous robotics system
CV / NLP Machine Learning Data Engineer - Develop auto-labeling algorithms and data pipelines to enable online model development
Simulation Software Engineer - Create new capabilities in our in-house simulation platform
iOS Development Engineer - Build new consumer-ready product features for our iOS applications
Product Engineer - Lead product strategy and assist with feature implementation

General Qualifications

Demonstrated Computer Science knowledge and expertise
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Experience in aviation industry is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Salary and equity compensation will vary based on persona and years of experience. Salaries may range from $80,000 to $160,000 per year. Incentive Stock Options will additionally be a component of the compensation package.

VTI additionally offers 401K with a 4% match, an unlimited PTO policy, and health care reimbursement up to the IRS allowable limit through QSEHRA.
