Finance Analyst

4 Month Contract | Woking (3 Days On-Site) | Parking Available

£35,000–£40,000 per annum (Equivalent to hourly rate inside IR35)

We’re partnering with a fast-expanding organisation looking for a Finance Analyst to join their head office finance function. This position offers a blend of office and remote working, with an initial on-site training period before moving to a flexible hybrid arrangement.

This is a broad and hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced finance environment. You’ll play an active part in preparing detailed profit and loss reports across multiple sites, managing invoicing processes, and supporting the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate monthly profit and loss accounts and invoices across a portfolio of sites
Support month-end activities, ensuring all financial data is complete and reported on time
Collaborate with Operational Managers and the Finance Business Partner to review and refine site performance reporting
Work alongside Management Accountants to ensure correct and complete revenue recognition
Assist with the creation of new site reporting structures and the onboarding of clients
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial and customer account data
Respond efficiently to queries from both clients and internal teams
Develop and maintain strong working relationships across finance and operations
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and other ad-hoc analysis as required

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a Finance Analyst or similar analytical finance role
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
AAT qualification (preferred but not essential)
Experience working with cashless or multi-site finance systems desirable
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial software
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment with tight deadlines
