Job Specifications

Title: Telecom Engineer Medior

Location: 1030 Bruxelles (Schaerbeek), Belgium

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Languages: French & English (fluent)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily support for telephony services (10,000+ workstations).
Troubleshoot, optimize, and implement Cisco telephony solutions (CUCM, IM&P, CUC, EXP C-E).
Assist senior engineers in telecom projects.
Configure phones, softphones, and back-end elements (CSS/DP/HP/RP/CPG…).
Guide end-users on telephony services and support change management.
Administer contact-center solutions (UCCX) and monitor system performance.
Diagnose faults, resolve incidents, and manage new requests.
Optional: Work with Peterconnects, MoYoBi/PhonexOne, Rightfax, Webex, and ServiceNow.
Basic knowledge of SQL Server for reporting and administration.
Maintain system lifecycle, updates, and documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

Cisco Collaboration (CUCM / IM&P / CUC / EXP C-E) – min 1 year
Contact-center: UCCX – min 1 year
Supervision & Troubleshooting – min 1 year
