Role Overview

Position: Buy-Side Analyst – Full-Time, Remote
Commitment: 40 hours per week
This role focuses on research, financial modeling, and portfolio monitoring. Your work will directly influence portfolio allocation and capital deployment decisions.

Responsibilities

Perform in-depth financial analysis using DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions.
Conduct industry and company research with an emphasis on AI and technology sectors.
Prepare investment memos, theses, and committee presentations to support decision-making.
Monitor portfolio performance, track risks, and analyze macro/sector developments.
Support due diligence on private investments and partnerships.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or advanced degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in buy-side research, asset management, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
Familiarity with financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, FactSet).
Clear communication, strong analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
