Role and Overview of the role:

This is a backfill position for a Salesforce developer. It's a Salesforce developer that sits on a team in IT. There Are about 10 individuals, about half of that are business analysts. The other half are developers responsible for the sales and service cloud on Salesforce implementation for internal users. Typical split is about 60% new development, 40% production support and enhancements of existing.

Top Skills:

• Experience with SOQL.

• Lightning configuration, and Lightning components and controller development.

• Experience with salesforce flows

• Salesforce Certified Administrator

• Secure developer mindset (FLS or CRUD (create, read, update, delete.) level security. know how do you use that to keep your application secure)

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work well independently and in team settings.

• Attention to detail to meet compliance standards

Additional Details:

Salesforce Certified - Platform Developer I, If the candidate has all the required skill sets and does not have this certification then the manager will consider that profile.

Certification’s Link is mandatory in the resume. Certificate Copy will not be considerable.

Internship experience will not be counted. Should be corporate hand on experience.

OmniStudio experience and AI space experience can be considered as differentiators. It will be considered an edge over the other candidates.

Education and Experience:

• Years of experience: 2 or 4-year college or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study Equivalent.

• Experience may be substituted for education. A minimum 5-7 years’ enterprise Salesforce experience.

• Degree requirement: 2 or 4-year college or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study Equivalent.
