AI-first Marketing Intern
Location: Remote (UK preferred, open to EMEA region)
Commitment: Flexible (Internship / Work Placement / Dissertation-Aligned / Gap Year/ Career Transition)
Duration: Minimum of three months, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement.

About the role
We are hiring an AI-first Marketing Intern to help us build a modern, data-driven marketing function. This is an internship for a minimum of 13 weeks. It is currently unpaid. You will learn modern marketing by doing, with AI as your co-pilot for 80 percent of routine tasks and human craft applied to the decisive 20 percent. You will work under guidance, with clear outcomes, measurable impact, and rapid feedback.

What you will do
AI-accelerated Marketing Operations
Use AI to draft social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
Run structured marketing campaigns using AI-powered tools and templates.
Schedule and coordinate content calendars and social media activities.
Generate marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Maintain accurate marketing data and track campaign performance.
Prepare weekly pulse reports on key marketing metrics.
Content and Community
Assist in the creation of engaging content for our blog, social media, and website.
Support community management efforts across our social channels.
Use AI tools to research industry trends and identify content opportunities.

Post-Agile - our upgrade: same roots, but AI and flow first. Less ceremony, fewer meetings, more shipping. We automate routine work, measure outcomes, and adjust daily.
80% AI, 20% human: AI handles drafting, summarising, scheduling, first-pass analysis. Humans handle judgement, creativity, and strategy.
What you will bring
