Job Title: Desktop & AV Support Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop & AV Support Analyst to deliver high-quality IT and Audio-Visual support. This role involves providing on-site assistance through the Tech Bar, deskside visits, and "Premier Support" to VIP staff and guests. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of laptops, AV systems, and core workplace technologies to ensure an efficient and professional experience for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general IT support through the on-site Tech Bar and deskside visits.
Deliver dedicated Premier Support for VIP staff and guests.
Manage and support AV equipment in conference and meeting rooms.
Provide on-hand AV support during events, meetings, and presentations.
Perform laptop hardware repairs and troubleshooting.
Assist with printer, peripheral, and workstation support.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration with enterprise systems.

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and iOS environments.
Experience with Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Proficiency in Audio-Visual (AV) systems setup, configuration, and support.
Skilled in computer repair, hardware troubleshooting, and printer support.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to support VIPs with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Attributes:

Previous experience in a customer-facing IT or AV support role.
Ability to work under pressure in high-demand environments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
