Job Summary

This role focuses on investigating and analyzing fraud activities targeting ecosystem, synthesizing data into actionable intelligence, and enhancing fraud detection capabilities through machine learning models. The candidate will collaborate with data analytics and engineering teams to detect and monitor fraudulent behavior, produce investigative reports, and propose solutions to mitigate fraud risks. This position plays a critical role in identifying fraud patterns, conducting thorough investigations, and optimizing fraud prevention measures to protect digital assets and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and report on fraud/abuse activities within ecosystem.
Synthesize various data tables into actionable intelligence and incorporate findings into machine learning models.
Collaborate with internal teams for the identification of additional fraud patterns to enhance machine learning and AI initiatives.
Produce detailed investigative reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Engage with external groups and industry partners to combat fraud and abuse.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools.
Experience with machine learning models and data visualization techniques.
Strong investigative and analytical skills.

Required Experience:

Background in Fraud Operations or Investigations.
Commerce/transaction review experience for anomaly detection.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 4+ years of experience or High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience in Fraud Detection, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
