Description
Advise clients on compliance with data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and others.
Assist in the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and strategies.
Provide legal counsel on data breaches, incident response, and risk management.
Draft and review data protection agreements, policies, and procedures.
Support litigation and regulatory investigations related to cybersecurity and privacy matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address emerging cybersecurity threats.
Stay informed about legislative and regulatory developments in cybersecurity and data privacy.
Deliver training and workshops on data privacy compliance and best practices.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Bar admission and in good standing in the District of Columbia.
Experience in cybersecurity and data privacy law, including GDPR and CCPA compliance.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 USD annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
Up to 29 days of paid time off after one full calendar year of full-time employment.
10 paid holidays per year.
