Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, located in Ancaster, ON. The successful candidate will specifically work on SEO projects, as well as some PPC and Programmatic campaigns at the local, national, and international level. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who understands the digital landscape, can guide strategy, and ensure campaigns are executed effectively. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver measurable results and act as a key point of contact for clients — communicating insights, results, and strategic recommendations clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day performance and delivery of SEO, paid media, and programmatic campaigns.
Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to ensure digital strategies are implemented accurately and effectively.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, communicating performance results and recommending actionable next steps.
Review campaign setups, creative, targeting, and tracking to ensure best practices are followed.
Monitor analytics and performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Support the development of campaign briefs, timelines, and performance reports.
Ensure quality control and consistency across all deliverables.
Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance overall strategy and execution.
