The Role
We’re looking for a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join our growing product engineering team. This is a full-stack role with a backend emphasis, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, values craftsmanship, and wants to build meaningful technology in a high-impact domain.
You’ll work across modern web infrastructure (React, Nodejs, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS Lambda) and collaborate closely with product and clinical teams to design systems that are safe, scalable, and delightful to use.

Build and ship impactful features end-to-end across our core platform.
Design reliable, extensible systems that handle complex real-world data.
Integrate AI and automation thoughtfully to improve user experience and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance safety, usability, and innovation.
Shape engineering culture, process, and product direction in a scaling environment.
You Might Be a Fit If…
You have 5+ years of full-stack development experience and lean backend.
You’re fluent in React, Nodejs, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and API/backend development.
You’ve worked in early or growth-stage environments with high autonomy.
You use AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) in your daily workflow.
You care about building reliable, user-centric systems in sensitive domains.
Bonus Points
Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated/high-trust sectors.
Shipped AI/LLM-driven features or automation tools.
Familiarity with Terraform, AWS serverless, and infrastructure-as-code.
