About the Role

We are seeking a Trading Tools Developer to join a high-impact Equity Derivatives technology team supporting front-office trading in the Americas. In this role, you'll develop and support tools used by the Equity Derivatives trading desk—working directly with traders and technical teams. You’ll work on both existing and new applications using Python, Excel/VBA, kdb, and/or C#.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain trading tools for the Equity Derivatives desk

Collaborate with traders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions

Enhance application performance and usability in a fast-paced trading environment

Work across all phases of development: design, implementation, testing, and support

Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence

Qualifications

Strong hands-on development skills in Python

Experience with Excel/VBA, kdb, or C# is a plus

Familiarity with equity derivatives or options trading workflows is desirable (but not required)

Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with end users

Ability to thrive in a hybrid, agile, and fast-paced setting
