Job Title: Workday Integration / Global Staffing ATS (Infinite – formerly Kenexa)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Nearshore SME with deep expertise in Workday Integration and Global Staffing Applicant Tracking Systems (Infinite – formerly Kenexa). The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, global delivery experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and geographies to deliver robust technical and functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage large, distributed teams across multiple geographic regions.
Coordinate with Application and Platform teams for integration, testing, and deployment activities.
Provide Hyper-Care support and performance optimization for Workday and Kenexa ATS integrations.
Drive and ensure adherence to SDLC, CI/CD, Agile, and Sprint delivery methodologies.
Oversee proactive monitoring and manage service SLAs related to availability and incident resolution.
Mentor and support Level 2 teams for Level 3 technical delivery and escalations.
Act as a key client-facing SME, providing consultative support and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Workday Integration and ATS (Kenexa / Infinite) implementation or support.
Proven track record of leading global or nearshore delivery teams.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps (CI/CD) practices.
Experience in Hyper-Care support, performance tuning, and integration testing.
Solid communication and coordination skills in a client-facing environment.
Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition compliance, policies, and workflows within enterprise HR systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing enterprise-scale HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and middleware connecting HR applications.
Certification in Workday Integration or related technologies is an asset.
