Job Summary
The client is seeking a highly experienced Informatica with strong expertise in Informatica ETL, MDM, and Full Stack Development to support the CTaM (Characters, Titles and More) platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the success of data-driven initiatives for rights and usage tracking of clients’ intellectual property metadata—spanning characters, titles, and franchises. The ideal candidate will lead technical delivery, manage geographically distributed teams, and maintain high service quality for business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage larger, cross-regional teams delivering ETL, MDM, and full stack development solutions.
Oversee and drive the adoption of the CTaM platform across Disney’s global business units.
Design and implement scalable, high-performance ETL processes and integrations using Informatica.
Support platform performance optimization, hyper-care activities, and proactive system monitoring.
Coordinate closely with Application and Platform teams to ensure smooth release and deployment cycles.
Mentor and guide L2 teams in L3 technical delivery, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practice adoption.
Manage and ensure service SLAs such as availability, incident resolution, and performance compliance.
Collaborate with the Data Stewardship team to enhance metadata governance and quality for characters, titles, and franchises.
Participate in system testing, requirements analysis, and CI/CD pipeline management.
Serve as a key client-facing technical leader, maintaining strong communication and relationship management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in data engineering, integration, and software development.
Proven expertise in Informatica ETL and Master Data Management (MDM) tools.
Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development (frontend + backend).
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and CI/CD processes.
Experience coordinating with multi-functional and multi-geo teams.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Prior experience in media, entertainment, or metadata governance domains preferred.
