Job Title: Incident Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join our IT Operations team in Paris.

The primary mission of this role is to ensure the quality and reliability of IT services delivered to business lines by effectively managing major incidents and driving rapid service restoration.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, ensuring all incidents are handled professionally and consistently, in alignment with ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all priority incidents using established ITIL processes.
Lead investigations and support teams to ensure quick service restoration and minimal business disruption.
Initiate and manage crisis units for major incidents impacting key business operations.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with business stakeholders and IT management throughout incident lifecycles.
Work closely with local support teams and Country Relationship Managers to ensure effective resolution and reporting.
Prepare and publish regular incident reports aligned with SLAs and OLAs.
Promote awareness and adherence to the Incident Management Process across the IT organization.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Proven experience in Incident Management within a complex or global IT environment.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure optimization and tuning.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in ITIL processes (ITIL certification preferred).
Fluency in English; French proficiency is an advantage.
