Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the ongoing management, optimization, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to support business processes and drive efficiency

Role Responsibilitie
s:Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security setting
s.Customisation and Configuration: Customise and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and process builder to meet business requirement
s.User Support and Training: Provide support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to enhance user adoption and proficienc
y.Integration: Manage and support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automatio
n.Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-makin
g.Release Management: Plan and execute Salesforce releases, including sandbox management, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancement
s.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedure
s.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT, to understand business needs and deliver effective Salesforce solution
