About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented MERN Stack Developers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about web development and eager to kickstart their careers in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Collaborate with senior developers on application architecture and design
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices
Debug, test, and optimize applications for speed and performance
Work in an agile team environment with regular code reviews and knowledge sharing
Stay updated with modern web technologies and continuously improve skills

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB
Familiarity with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and web development workflows
Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Internship or academic project experience with MERN stack
Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines or automated testing
