About The Role
We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer with expertise in React.js to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, reusable UI components for our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless, accessible, and responsive interfaces. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience of our home warranty services, ensuring they are intuitive and performant. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in modern front-end development practices, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for building innovative solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2-5 years of professional experience in React.js development with functional components and hooks
Proficiency in TypeScript for robust and maintainable code
Experience with Tailwind CSS for designing responsive and accessible interfaces
Knowledge of modern build tools such as Vite or similar
Experience with Git version control system
Familiarity with RESTful API integration and state management patterns
Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
Basic knowledge of Docker containerization
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with React Query for data fetching and caching
Experience with React Hook Form for form management
Component-driven development experience with Storybook
Experience with E2E testing frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
OpenAPI/Swagger schema integration experience
Responsibilities
Build and maintain reusable React components that adhere to best practices
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest and Testing Library to ensure code quality
Develop accessible, responsive user interfaces utilizing Tailwind CSS
Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and consistency
Debug and optimize application performance to enhance user experience
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the design system and component library
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs effectively
Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends and technologies
Assist in documenting technical specifications and user manuals when necessary
