Job Description

We are seeking two Business Analysts to join our Global Business Operations (GBO) team as part of a global MES project for computer-assisted vaccine production. These roles range from mid-level to senior, with one position focused more on continuous improvement projects alongside recurring tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deploy MES solutions using Siemens OpCenter Execution Pharma.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (automation, IT, QA, production) to gather requirements and deliver tailored MES functionalities.
Provide support for daily team operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within MES processes.
Collaborate on design and optimization of batch records using Siemens OpCenter Pharma.
Assess business impact of issues related to pharmaceutical processes and batch records.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
As from 3 years of experience in MES implementation, preferably with Siemens OpCenter.
Strong knowledge of Siemens Opcenter Pharma (formerly SIMATIC IT eBR).
Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Hands-on experience with Siemens MES, including batch record design (comfortable, not necessarily expert level).
Ability to evaluate business impact of technical issues.
Excellent communication skills in English.
