About the mission we offer you:
As a Digital Systems Intern, you will help support our e-procurement platform called EPC Business. You will work with different teams inside and outside the company to make sure the tool runs smoothly, and users get the help they need.
Your main tasks will include:
Managing User Accounts
Create and update accounts for Technip Energies users
Help external users (suppliers, clients, partners) with account access, passwords, and contact details
Providing Support
Answer questions from users via a shared mailbox
Help users understand how to use the tool for projects, purchase orders, and supplier data
Check that connected systems are working properly and help fix issues
Improving the Tool
Record bugs and suggestions from users
Work with IT teams to review and test new features
Share updates with other administrators
Training and Documentation
Help train other users on how to use the tool
Create and update user guides
Prepare presentations on specific topics
Starting Date: As soon as possible (Nov 2025)
Duration: 6 months

Basic Qualifications:
You are currently studying Information Systems, Digital Technologies, Engineering, or a similar field
You are organized, curious, and enjoy solving problems
You are comfortable working with others and communicating clearly
You know how to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
You speak English fluently; French is a plus
