Description of the Tasks

The following tasks will be performed by the external service provider:

Definition of test plans and test cases.
Construction of test scenarios and scripts for automated tests.
Execution of tests.
Test coordination.
Reporting of test results.

Knowledge and Skills

The following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above-listed tasks:

Knowledge of testing technologies, tools, and techniques.
Hands-on experience in manual testing.
Knowledge of a Test Management Tool.
Knowledge of a Defect Tracking Tool.
Experience in test data preparation, preferably with SQL databases.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good redaction skills and experience in preparing written reports.
Ability to cope with fast-changing technologies used in application development.

Specific Expertise

The following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

At least 5 years of specific expertise with writing test cases.
At least 5 years of specific expertise with testing IT applications.
At least 5 years of specific expertise with manual functional testing.
At least 3 years of specific expertise with SQL statement writing and SQL scripting for data validation and verification used in test scenarios.
At least 2 years of specific expertise with Jira.
At least 2 years of specific expertise with developing and executing automated test scripts for IT applications using test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, or similar).
At least 2 years of experience in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation and version control systems.
At least 2 years of experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
At least 1 year of specific expertise with API testing.
At least 1 year of specific expertise with Postman or SoapUI for automated API testing, including the development of scripts and validations for integration testing.
