C++ Engineers - Low Latency - HFT - Equities

Paragon Alpha are partnered with a statarb equities /HFT focused quant hedge fund - currently managing $25BN AUM and with appetite to continue their astronomical growth.

Recent peformance has solidified this firm as the no1 systematic fund in Europe , and anyone joining in this journey now would reap the benefits both financially and from a career progression stand point.

Their intraday HFT group are looking for multiple elite C++ Engineers to join and collaborate with traders/researchers in building world class trading infrastructure to support the business.

Recent hires in this group from CitSec, Jump, Alphagrep, DRW - however exceptional talent from big tech/investment banks would be considered.

1-10 years relevant experience on latency sensitive trading systems
Deep C++ expertise (modern C++ 20 and above ideally)
Strong STEM degree from a leading technical school
Background in competitive coding/maths
