Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Data Analyst located in Richmond Hill, ON. The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to identify trends and insights to support operational and clinical decisions. Key tasks include data cleaning, performing statistical analyses, preparing reports, and creating data visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining data accuracy and integrity are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations
Understanding of healthcare data and regulatory compliance is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
Excellent communication and time management skills
