Skills &Experience
Eseential criteria needed to apply:
Direct experience with Saxo Bank API Plugin Essential
Proven track record (7+ years) in top-tier investment management or institutional trading operations, with hands-on CASS oversight.
Mastery in regulatory reporting, multi-asset trading, custody, settlement, and audit-driven recordkeeping.
Advanced technical fluency: Open APIs, best-in-class financial system integration, and deep data management experience.
Strong grasp of operational risk, cybersecurity, and the latest fintech practices, with an eye for process automation and transformation.
The Role
Spearhead all client money and asset operations (CASS), ensuring FCA safeguarding and compliance at scale.
Design and refine account structures, fee/commission workflows, and day-to-day processes for high-velocity trading and investing.
Champion regulatory and transaction reporting—automating wherever possible to set the standard for accuracy and audit-readiness.
Drive seamless integration of leading systems (Saxo, Addepar, more) for holistic asset, trade, and portfolio management.
Collaborate with tech teams to enhance platform reliability, security, and resilience, always with a focus on operational excellence.
Lead automation initiatives, eliminate manual friction, and drive continuous improvements throughout all operational workflows.
