What You’ll Bring to the Table:

At least 2 years of commercial insurance production experience; the more senior the candidate, the better!
Strong knowledge of insurance markets and a RIBO license.
Ability to generate new business and develop long-term client relationships.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and self-driven work ethic.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to Have Skills:

Existing book of business or ability to build one from scratch.
Experience targeting mid to large-sized business accounts.
Familiarity with niche markets or specific industry sectors within commercial insurance.
Independent and proactive approach to sales and client management.
Preferred Education and Experience:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance sales or production, with senior advisors strongly encouraged to apply.
Other Requirements:

Residence in Ontario; fully remote work available for Ontario-based candidates.
Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a focus on building and growing a personal book of business.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or broker events.
