Position title: P2600080 - Security Assessment and Authorization

Contract Duration: 3 years

Hours: 7.5 hours a day

Mandatory Requirement

M1 -Must demonstrate that the proposed resource complies with a Level 2 Information Technology Security TRA and CA Analyst(C.3) as defined by Annex A - Requirements for Services, of the TBIPS Supply Arrangement. https://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/app-acq/sptb-tbps/cyberprotect-eng.html#c3

M2 - Must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years in reviewing and completing Security Assessment Authorization processes for cloud infrastructure.

M3 - Must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years in drafting Threat and Risk assessments.

Rated Criteria

R1 - The proposed resource must have experience working on Security Assessment Authorization projects in an environment that included Microsoft M365, Microsoft Azure IaaS platform, and/or Salesforce. Experience must be within the last 5 years.
R2 - The proposed resource must have experience conducting TRAs (threat and risk assessments) on IT infrastructure (on-premise and/or in the cloud; 5 total points will be deducted if only on-premise TRAs are provided as examples). Experience must be within the last 5 years.
R3 - The proposed resource must have experience creating and securing a PBMM (Protected B / Medium Integrity / Medium Availability) IT infrastructure. In order to be awarded points per project, the resource must have had a significant role in the project and each project must have been atleast 1 month in duration. Each project must also have been completed within the last 7 years.

Introduction

The Invest in Canada Hub was created on March 12, 2018 for the purpose of supporting economic prosperity and stimulating innovation in Canada, including:

Promote foreign direct investment in Canada and attract and facilitate that investment; and
Coordinate the efforts of the government, the private sector and other stakeholders with respect to foreign direct investment in Canada.

Tasks

The contractor shall carry-out to the satisfaction of the Departmental Representative and/or Project Authority the following tasks:

Perform threat and risk assessments of IT platforms as needed.Complete security assessment authorization processes for new IT platforms/infrastructure.
Renew existing security assessment authorization evaluations as required.
Provide guidance of IT security controls and how they relate to government of Canada policies and directives.

Experience levels : Level 2: 5- 10 years of experience
