Insider Trading Analyst x2:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an AML Business Analyst x2 for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Insider Trading Analyst x2 - Job Description:

This project involves executing compliance-related projects to meet business needs, with a focus on monitoring and investigating employee trading activities. The role requires supporting senior executives and ensuring compliance with AML regulations.

Insider Trading Analyst x2 - Responsibilities:

• Execute compliance-related projects

• Monitor employee personal trading

• Review trading account statements monthly

• Support senior executives and SVPs

• Investigate insider trading and trading conflicts

• Identify conflicts of interest

• Handle approximately 100 cases

Insider Trading Analyst x2 - Mandatory Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets

• Strong communication skills

• Detail-oriented documentation and report writing

• Audit experience

• Investigative AML experience

• Business/Data Analysis experience

• Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI

Insider Trading Analyst x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in finance or a related field

• Data analysis skills

• Knowledge of Power BI

• Familiarity with Tableau

• Experience in customer experience dashboard management

Insider Trading Analyst x2 – Assignment Length:

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion.
