Role and Overview of the Role:

A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst position.
Working in collaboration with other Salesforce teams and marketing individuals.
Involved in automation of emails.
Business Analyst is a key role with Salesforce certifications.

Top Skills:

Good communication required (written and verbal).
User stories and testing required for business requirements.
Basic SQL skills are good to have.
Communication is going to be a huge part of this role.
Should be sound with verbal communication.

Education and Experience

Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Administrator
Trailhead certification link required in the resume.
Two certifications required; verified Salesforce Trailhead certifications required.
Both certifications are mandatory.
Looking for someone with experience in gathering business requirements and creating user stories.
Developers are fine if they have previous experience with the required skill set.

About this Role:

- This is an opportunity to work on strategic initiatives on a high-velocity software delivery team. This role will be in a collaborative work environment amongst internal and external stakeholders.

Typical task breakdown:

- Attend Agile ceremonies amongst team members and give status updates as needed.

- Create user stories

- Define testing and requirements

- Have fun!

Interaction with team:

- Collaborative team environment. About 20 team members.

Team Structure:

- Report into the team lead and work director.

Work environment:

Office

Technical Skills:

- -Writing complex user stories (API calls, Batch jobs), Experience with Salesforce (gathering business requirements and testing), Ability to communicate technical and business concepts.

Additional Technical Skills:

(Required)

- Certified as a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Administrator. Provide certification number on the resume.

- Agile Methodology

- Writing complex user stories (API calls, Batch jobs)

- Experience with Salesforce (gathering business requirements and testing)

- Previous experience using Salesforce Experience Cloud

(Desired)

- Previous experience working within a financial sector.

Soft Skills:
