Platform Engineer – Web3 Infrastructure & DevOps
Location: London or New York (On-site Only)
Compensation: $250K–$350K + Tokens + Equity
Mission
A high-performance Web3 engineering team is seeking a top-tier Platform Engineer to join its core backend group.
The mission: design, scale, and secure an ultra-reliable backend capable of processing millions of on-chain events with low latency, high throughput, and maximum resiliency.
Core Responsibilities
Infrastructure / SRE (50%)
Architect and optimize cloud-native infrastructure across AWS or GCP.
Scale and operate Kubernetes clusters for mission-critical use cases.
Implement highly resilient patterns: autoscaling, HPA, service mesh, high availability.
Manage observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry.
Ensure near-zero downtime via automated monitoring and incident response workflows.
Optimize infrastructure for security, performance, and cost efficiency.
Platform Engineering / DevOps (50%)
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Tekton.
Automate deployments, testing workflows, migrations, and rollout processes.
Build internal tooling to accelerate backend developer workflows.
Contribute to backend components written in Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
Maintain secure, reproducible staging and production environments.
Collaborate closely with backend, trading, and on-chain engineering teams.

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Passion for automation, reliability, and precision engineering.
