In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and RevOps to support the systems that power our mid-funnel motion, from new business acquisition to renewal, upsell, and expansion. You'll identify opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and design scalable solutions that improve workflows, data integrity, and business outcomes.
Who will love this job
A strategist - you excel at seeing the big picture and defining system-wide solutions that drive business impact across the company
A collaborator - you thrive working with cross-functional teams, building consensus, and integrating diverse perspectives to solve complex process and data challenges
An innovator - you enjoy designing and implementing scalable processes, leveraging technology to automate and optimize how work gets done
A problem-solver - you relish tackling bottlenecks and inefficiencies, constantly seeking ways to improve systems, data quality, and reporting capabilities
What you’ll do

Monitor system performance and change management best practices, ensuring alignment, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication.
Uphold system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex system concepts into actionable recommendations.
