Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Polyglot Software Developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem to lead the technical delivery of enterprise-grade applications in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will design scalable solutions, establish reusable components and patterns, and drive integration across systems while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
Champion AI-driven development throughout the SDLC for enhanced productivity.
Design and implement scalable solutions using Azure, .NET, and ReactJS.
Define and enforce coding standards, architecture compliance, and performance benchmarks.
Act as a hands-on contributor across the full stack while mentoring the team in best practices.
Agile Delivery
Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters on sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical stories and tasks.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Integration Ownership
Lead integration development using REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Logic Apps.
Coordinate with platform and partner teams to define and validate API contracts, event schemas, and integration patterns.
Ensure seamless interoperability and data consistency across systems.
Requirement & Interface Management
Translate application features into detailed technical artifacts and specifications.
Define and manage interface specifications, data flows, and communication protocols.
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate technical vision, progress, and risks to architects, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Represent the development team in cross-functional design and architecture discussions.
DevOps & Quality Assurance
Promote CI/CD best practices and automation across build and release pipelines.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting via Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
Ensure code quality, automated testing coverage, and secure development compliance.

Required Skills

Proficiency with Azure PaaS (App Services, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps).
Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, ReactJS, and SQL Server.
Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor).
Familiarity with integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, event-driven, pub-sub).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and Agile/DevOps principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Developer Associate.
Experience with secure design standards (OAuth2, Azure AD, Managed Identity).
Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning.
Background in the Insurance domain or related industry platforms.
