Looking for a challenge in one of the world’s largest airfreight logistics organisations?
At IAG Cargo, we are in the business of moving things. From antibiotics to rhinoceroses, gold bullion to avocados, and everything in between. Whatever people need, wherever they are, IAG Cargo is there to bring them the necessary and niche.
As the logistics and cargo brand of International Airlines Group, you will work across the globally recognised brands of Aer Lingus, British Airways, Iberia, Level and Vueling. We believe in keeping the world’s economies turning, building a great place to work for our customers and colleague alike, and doing everything with determined attitudes, curious minds, collaborative actions and heartfelt pride.
About the role
Embark on a two-year learning and development programme starting in September 2026, where you will enjoy hands-on learning and make a genuine business impact through two to three placements across IAG Cargo Commercial.
Unlike many other graduate schemes in the industry, you will be encouraged and supported to contribute and make a difference from day one. Our placements will give you exposure into key Commercial Teams – from Revenue Management, Product, Pricing and Network. Each placement will be built around a mix of learning and clear, measurable deliverables where from day 1 you will be key to the commercial success and delivery of IAG Cargo.
Our objective is to support you in reaching your full potential and setting you up for success across the Commercial teams during and after the scheme.
Alongside your professional development, you will be able to take charge of your own learning journey with a tailored programme, which includes a bespoke induction, access to a global digital learning platform, corporate social responsibility opportunities, targeted workshops developing both your technical and soft skills and your own personal development fund. All graduates will also get the opportunity to take part in our mentor programme, as well as the chance to travel to our other hubs outside of the UK to see how we operate and work together.
