Global Payroll Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing. Manage and execute precise end-to-end payroll cycles for multiple international locations
Compliance. Ensure strict adherence to international federal state and local payroll laws tax regulations and maintain robust data privacy standards
Vendor Management. Collaborate effectively with global payroll providers benefits administrators and auditors to guarantee service-level excellence and compliance
Data Management. Maintain and audit accurate employee payroll records encompassing salary changes benefits tax information and deductions
Issue Resolution. Promptly and professionally investigate and resolve complex payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
Reporting & Analysis. Generate detailed payroll-related reports metrics and reconciliations for internal Finance and HR stakeholders
Process Improvement. Proactively identify and implement opportunities to streamline global payroll processes enhance automation and strengthen internal controls
Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner seamlessly with HR Finance and Legal teams to ensure accurate data integration and policy alignment

Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of international payroll regulations tax requirements and compliance standards
Systems Proficiency with major payroll software platforms for example ADP GlobalView Workday SAP Oracle
Analytical Skills including advanced Excel and data analysis skills for robust reporting and reconciliation
Organizational Strength to manage multiple time-sensitive deadlines across different time zones
Problem-Solving using critical thinking and communication skills to resolve complex issues efficiently
Detail Orientation with proven high attention to detail and accuracy
Cultural Sensitivity to effectively respect local practices and foster inclusive collaboration with diverse global teams
