Job Brief

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Intern to join our Sales Department. In this role, you will support the sales team with a variety of projects, including lead generation, purchase order confirmations, CRM management, customer communications, and other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

This is an on-site internship position. Work hours and days are flexible, and the role pays $15.49 per hour.

Responsibilities

Assist with lead generation and prospect research
Process and confirm purchase orders
Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
Draft and send customer and prospect email communications
Utilize platforms such as NetSuite and ZoomInfo to support sales initiatives
Collaborate with the Sales Manager on additional projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications (optional but recommended)

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
