Job Title: Project Manager (Supply Chain Experience)
Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite/ Hybrid)
Duration: 06 Month Contract with possible extension
Experience Required- 10+ Years

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery for SAP ERP Warehouse Management (WM) and related supply chain technology implementations. This role requires strong planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution capabilities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
Lead all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing.
Define project tasks, deliverables, and resource requirements; develop and maintain detailed project plans.
Plan, schedule, and manage timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
Assemble and coordinate project teams and cross-functional resources.
Prepare, track, and manage project budgets.
Manage the triple constraint (time, scope, cost) using appropriate PM tools and software.
Team Management & Communication
Prioritize and delegate daily project tasks; provide direction and support to team members.
Deliver effective project reporting, including weekly status updates and executive steering committee summaries.
Challenge and address performance gaps; provide coaching/mentoring as needed.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, testing activities, and post–go-live support.
Risk & Quality Management
Proactively identify and manage project risks; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project standards.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
5–8 years of proven Project Management experience in system implementation.
2–3 years of hands-on experience with Technology solutions in Supply Chain—especially in Warehouse Management (SAP WM, Manhattan, JDA), transportation, or replenishment.
Strong supply chain and logistics domain knowledge.
Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in fast-changing environments.
Strong focus on delivering on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to influence stakeholders.
Comfortable engaging with Director/VP-level stakeholders across internal and external teams.
Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.
Experience managing staff or team leadership (asset).
University degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent.
PMP certification or working toward certification.
Proficiency with MS Project.
