An experienced event videographer is required for a single on-site project in Los Angeles, capturing a high-profile presentation at the Health & Beauty eCommerce Summit. The role involves recording a 15-minute main stage presentation, ensuring both video and audio are of the highest quality. The footage will be used by a marketing team for post-production, so only well-organized, color-graded raw files are needed. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with a strong background in event videography, particularly in fast-paced, live environments.

Deliverables

Capture high-quality video and audio of a 15-minute main stage presentation.
Ensure footage is color graded and organized for easy handoff.
Provide all raw video and audio files to the client’s marketing team.
Be present on-site at JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE on Thursday, November 20, from 2:10 – 2:25 p.m.
Coordinate with event staff to ensure optimal camera placement and audio capture.

Requirements

Proven experience in event videography, preferably for conferences or live presentations.
Expertise in professional video and audio equipment operation.
Ability to deliver color-graded, well-organized raw footage.
Strong attention to detail and reliability in a live event setting.
Based in Los Angeles or able to travel to the event location.
Available for the full duration of the project on the specified date.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
