Required skills:

Technical expertise:

In-depth knowledge of Nextcloud: installation, configuration, tuning, security, extensions.
Solid experience with Linux environments (Debian/Ubuntu).
Proficiency with DevOps tools: Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana.
System and data security skills: encryption, authentication, hardening, SSO.
Knowledge of WebDAV, CalDAV, and CardDAV protocols.
Experience with open source software and understanding of associated security issues.

Soft skills:

Autonomy and team spirit.
Good communication and technical explanation skills.
Analytical mind and problem- solving skills.
