A leading financial organization is seeking an IAM Business Analyst to strengthen its identity and access management initiatives and ensure robust governance of role-based access.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze role-related information through interviews and workshops with stakeholders.
Define and document business roles, permissions, and access requirements aligned with organizational policies.
Maintain and update a centralized repository of business roles for consistency and compliance.
Collaborate with IT and IAM teams to ensure alignment with access control standards.
Identify opportunities for role optimization and standardization across departments.
Support audits and compliance efforts by providing accurate role documentation.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience in business analysis and identity/access management.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver clear documentation.
