• Take part in optional, supervised practice tasks or mini-projects aligned with your skills (backend, AI/ML, frontend, or DevOps)

This is ideal if you’re a student or recent graduate who wants real-world context and experience around AI and software development, not just theory.

Important – Legal & Fair Work Note

This is an unpaid learning and work-shadowing experience, not an employment contract.

• There are no required duties, rota, targets, or deliverables.

• Participation is flexible and voluntary, and you can stop at any time.

• Any coding or contributions are treated as learning exercises, not required work.

If at any point we mutually agree that you will start doing productive or revenue-generating work for Calon AI Solutions, we will pause this arrangement and move you onto a paid role at or above UK National Minimum / Living Wage before any such work begins.

What You’ll Be Exposed To

Depending on your skills and interests, you may have the opportunity to:

• Observe how we design and prototype our AI agent platform for UK property

• Sit in on discussions about how AI agents track, summarise, and act on property-related data

• Explore how LLMs, APIs, and automation can be combined into real-world solutions

• Optionally take part in supervised practice tasks or mini-projects (for learning only, not billable client work)

You will not be responsible for production systems or client deliverables, and there are no mandatory tasks.

• Good communication and reliability in a remote setting

• Able to commit to the full 16-week period from 5 January 2026

• Start Date: 5 January 2026 (fixed cohort start).

What You’ll Gain

• Real-world context around AI agents, property-tech, and automation
